Shipping policy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify receipt of shipped goods and to make sure the order is complete and undamaged. Claims for incomplete or damaged shipments must be made to Advantex Outdoors within five days of receiving goods. Damage to shipments that occurred in transit must be noted on the carrier’s shipping document or BOL otherwise we cannot submit a claim to the carrier for reimbursement on your behalf. Shipping costs are prepaid and added to invoice unless other arrangements are requested. Product may occasionally ship directly from our supply chain partners.
